During the installation of the bridge frame, there are bend-through deformation straight-through connectors between the straight-line stages, and the matching connectors provided by the bridge manufacturer should be used. The thickness of the thin steel plate of the connecting piece should not be less than the thickness of the thin steel plate of the bridge. The interface should be smooth and free of twists, protrusions and depressions. The semi-circular head galvanized bolts used for connection should be on the inside of the bridge. The bolt length is appropriate. After tightening, the exposed length should be 2-5 teeth. For horizontally installed bridges, the connectors of the straight section should be set at about 1/4 between the two supports and hangers.

1. Under normal circumstances, the bridge is not made on the construction site. If necessary for special reasons, the existing bridge can be used to modify the non-standard bending and reducing straight. When restructuring and cutting off straight-line bridges, they shall not be cut by gas or electric welding, and special cutting tools shall be used. The restructured bridge must be smooth, and the paint should be repaired in time. The color of the topcoat should be similar to other bridges. Because in new buildings, the installation of the bridge frame is generally carried out months or even a year after the completion of the concrete structure project, the shrinkage of the concrete gradually decreases. The amount of expansion and contraction generally does not exceed the width L of the expansion joint of the building.

2. The expansion joint where the bridge spans the building, according to the provisions of GB50168, should be equipped with expansion joints to ensure that the bridge and the cables laid in the bridge can freely expand and contract without damage when the building does not endanger the building and its own safety.

3. If it is found or learned from the civil engineering unit that the larger expansion joint of the building may exceed L, in order to leave the expansion margin of the cable (or wire) in the bridge, the margin should be greater than the expansion joint width L. The telescopic treatment should be done according to the actual situation. At least one side of the bridge that spans the expansion joint has a long straight section, which should be more than 30m, or the straight sections on both sides of the expansion joint add 30m, and there is no horizontal or vertical bend in the middle.
