1. The grounding wire must have a transparent soft plastic outer sheath. When the temperature changes, the soft plastic outer sheath will not deform or become hard. The bottom of the insulated handle of the ground wire should be sealed. The ground wire manufacturer introduces that when the ground wire chuck and the wire are connected, there should be sufficient tightness and war area, and the ground wire guarantees excellent warfare. The ground wire clamp and ground clamp shall have sufficient strength.

2. The ground wire is composed of a combination of three-phase multi-strand short-circuit wires and a large number of stranded ground wires. The cross-section of the multi-strand wire should not be less than 25 square millimeters. The cross-section of the ground wire of 220 kV and 10 kV systems shall not be less than 35 mm2. The single-phase individual egg wing has a small ground wire cross-section of 10 square millimeters. The cross-section of 220 kV single-phase grounding wire is not less than 35 square millimeters.

3. The soft copper wire of the ground wire is connected to the ground wire nose by pressure, and the length of the crimping is not less than 30 mm; the ground wire nose and the clamp head and the ground terminal clamp should be connected by double screws; the three-phase wire is connected to the main ground wire. The length of the fluent is not less than 60 mm, and it is connected by pressure.

The precise method of using the ground wire:

1. Before each use of the ground wire, the surface should be checked, there must be no broken strands of copper wire, and there should be no signs of looseness in the crimped part and the adjacent part of the screw. The operation and maintenance personnel of routes and substation equipment must abide by the safety regulations in the "Safety Regulations" regarding the use of grounding wires.

2. After the electricity inspection confirms that there is no electricity, the ground terminal of the ground wire should be installed immediately, and then the conductor terminal should be connected, and it is guaranteed that the battle is excellent. The sequence of removing the ground wire is the same. Use insulated poles and insulated gloves when installing and removing the ground wire.

3. The ground wire must be connected to the conductor with a common wire clip, and the nose of the common wire should be firmly connected to the ground terminal. It is strictly forbidden to ground or short circuit by winding method. When suspending the grounding wire, it should be ensured that the personnel and the grounding wire are connected to the live equipment at a safe interval, and the personnel are not allowed to fight the grounding wire.
